Univez offers a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for orders within the U.S. and $12.99 for international orders, no matter how many items you purchase. You can shop freely without worrying about increasing shipping fees.

The total time to receive your order is the production time + delivery time.

  • Production time usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product.

  • Delivery time estimates:
     • Within the U.S.: 5–8 business days
     • International: 10–15 business days

Most orders are shipped on time, but delays can happen due to: incorrect addresses, missing apartment or unit numbers, extreme weather, or customs clearance for international shipments. If your order is late, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll respond within 1–3 business days to resolve the issue.

Univez does not support exchanges due to incorrect size, design, quantity, or address selected during checkout.
However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

You may request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrives damaged, shattered, or defective

  • Differs in design, size, or material from what was ordered

  • Is not the item you ordered or doesn’t match the product description

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, washing, or modification.

To request a return, email [email protected] with proof of purchase, photos of defective items, and your shipping receipt.
Once approved, send your return using a traceable carrier and email us the tracking number.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned package. Depending on your bank, it may take 10–15 days for the funds to appear in your account.
